Visnjan 13 km from Porec: The villa Camelina is part of the hamlet Barat with 12 villas, surrounded by natural landscape of vines, olives and woods. Each villa is set in enclosed grounds with private access and private swimming pool surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawn and decking of local Mediterranean vegetation such as lavender, oleander, rosemary giving the area a beautiful aromatic sent. The villas are new, built in a traditional style using local materials. Ideal choice for those who seek relaxationa and privacy. New, comfortable villa "Camelina", 2 storeys, built in 2006, in the hamlet Barat 1.5 km from the centre of Visnjan, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: grounds 1'064 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, lawn sunning area, swimming pool angular, with built-in steps (8 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, 11.04.-03.10.), terrace (70 m2), garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Cook on request (extra). Parking by the house in the grounds. Carefully chosen rustic style furnishings, attractive decor, ceilings with exposed beams.
