Each villa is set in enclosed grounds with private access and private swimming pool surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawn and decking of local Mediterranean vegetation such as lavender, oleander, rosemary giving the area a beautiful aromatic sent. The villas are new, built in a traditional style using local materials. Ideal choice for those who seek ralaxation and privacy. New, comfortable villa "Jurinea", 2 storeys, built in 2006, in the hamlet Barat 1.5 km from the centre of Visnjan, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: grounds 998 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, lawn sunning area, swimming pool kidney shaped (32 m2 depth 150 cm, 11.04.-03.10.), terrace, garden furniture.
