Lakovići, 14 km from Poreč: Villa Achillea is part of a hamlet Lakovici, surrounded by a lovely landscape with fields, meadows and olive trees. The villa is built in a traditional style using local materials, with walls of white Istrian stone, finished and decorated in contemporary style mixing new with old. The L-shaped swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position, surrounded by lawns. The Mediterranean atmosphere is enhanced by the garden and the terraces where guests may enjoy dining outdoor. Ideal for relaxing and making trips to the famous Istrian old towns. New, cosy, comfortable villa "Achillea", 2 storeys, built in 2006. 2 km from the centre of Sv. Lovreč, 15 km from the centre of Vrsar, 17 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: grounds 2'000 m2 (fenced), large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (52 m2, depth 100 - 150 cm, 24.04.-02.10.) with built-in steps. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Cook on request (extra). Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 2 km, supermarket 14 km, shopping centre 14 km, restaurant 7 km, pebble beach 14 km, public bathing area 14 km. Sports harbour 14 km, sports centre 14 km.

Bath/WC, sep. WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, bath/WC and air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and air-conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Heating. 2 small balconies. Large terrace 80 m2, covered. Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Nice view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, telephone, safe, iron, hair dryer. Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Rustic style furnishings, exposed beams, old character combined with new comforts. Guest relation service, pool towels and bathrobes, towel and linen change twice a week, pool and garden maintenance. Additional services possible on request (extra): laundry service, catering, grocery deliveries, trips and tours.
