House/Residence -

Kampor 6 km from Rab: New, family friendly apartment block "Tomislav". In a quiet, sunny position, 40 m from the sea, 40 m from the beach. For shared use: grounds (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped heated (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, 03.04.-02.10.) with built-in steps. Paddling pool, outside shower. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Shop, restaurant 150 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The apartment house "Tomislav" is situated on the same grounds (2700 m2) with the apartment house "Mare", with swimming pool for shared use with counterflow. One part of the pool is a paddling pool, depth 30 - 60 cm. Deck chairs at disposal. Concrete beach with sand sea bottom, slightly sloping, very suitable for children 40 m from the house.

"Tomislav 4", 2-room apartment 48 m2 on 1st floor, nice, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with 1 double sofa bed (145 cm, length 195 cm), satellite-TV and air-conditioning, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, covered. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: safe. Reserved parking. Partial view of the sea.
