House/Residence -

New, nice apartment block "Mihaela". In the district of Palit 1 km from the centre of Rab, outside the resort, in a sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: grounds (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular heated (9 x 4 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, 24.04.-02.10.) with built-in steps. Paddling pool, outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue, covered parking by the house. Shop 900 m, restaurant 60 m, sandy beach, pebble beach 250 m, public bathing area 900 m. Tennis 2.5 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The apartment house "Mihaela" is situated on the same grounds (1600 m2) with apartment houses "Ivan" and "Pavica", with swimming pool for shared use, with counterflow. One part of the pool is a paddling pool, depth 30 - 60cm. Deck chairs at disposal. The old town of Rab can be reached by a coastal promenade (15 minutes walk).

"Mihaela 1", 2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor, nice, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with 1 double sofa bed, satellite-TV and air-conditioning, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, covered. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: safe. Reserved parking.
