House/Residence -
Located close to Pyla and the bay of Arcachon, amid a wonderful 18 and 9 hole golf course, the residence "Domaines du Golf" consists of a complex of villas, some with swimming pool, situated outside the centre of the resort. Private: garden 1'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 100 - 150 cm, 01.05.-01.10.). Garden furniture, barbecue, parking by the house. Shop 7 km, grocers 7 km, sandy beach 7 km. Golf course 10 m, tennis 7 km, riding stables 7 km. Please note: car essential. The photograph is a typical example.
Interior -
4-room house 100 m2, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC, exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. Terrace covered. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: telephone for incoming calls only. The properties must be left clean (it is possible to arrange final cleaning to be paid for on site: 135 Euros). Please note: 1 pet less than 15 kg in weight allowed with antirabies certificate. Card telephone. Breakage deposit: 900 Euros. Cot on request, on site.
