Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of de Trans en Provence, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: park 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool (13 x 5 m, 60 m2, depth 80 - 250 cm, 01.05.-01.10.) with built-in steps. Paddling pool. Pergola (20 m2), parking in the grounds. Shop 2 km, grocers 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 2 km. Please note: car essential. Electric automatic gate.

4-room villa 170 m2 on 2 levels, nice furnishings: living/dining room 65 m2 with 1 double sofa bed, TV, video and radio, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm).
