Very new, nice villa "Bougainvillié". Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Mandelieu, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the residential district. Private: well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool with privacy (5 x 10 m, depth 220 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Motor access (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, grocers 5 km, supermarket 5 km, café 2.5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Golf course 4.5 km. Please note: car essential.

Interior -

5-room villa 230 m2 on 3 levels, comfortable, nice, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with TV, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), bath-room and shower. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), shower/WC, exit to the garden, to the loggia. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath/shower/WC and TV, exit to the terrace. Floor heating. Terrace 20 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Nice panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Garage (2 cars).
