Pleasant bungalow villa at the foot of the Frejus Private: grounds 1'900 m2, swimming pool (10 x 8 m, 01.06.-30.09.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiards table. Shop 1 km, sandy beach 15 km. Riding stables 2 km. Swimming pool with jacuzzi.
Interior -
4-room villa 130 m2: living/dining room 60 m2 with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen 20 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with bar. Bath/WC, 2 showers, sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine, cot. Deposit: EUR 1000.
