House "Fouka-Marine". On the outskirts. Private: garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool (70 m2, 01.05.-30.09.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the grounds. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km. Golf course 4 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 3 km. Please note: car essential. Large pool house completely equipped (4 hot plates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) with shower and WC.
Interior -
5-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with TV, exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath-room. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. Sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Cleaning lady (15 Euros/hour) available on request. Breakage deposit: 3000 euros.
