Nice house "Villa Don Cesar". In an elevated position on a slope, in the residential district. Private: garden 800 m2 plants and trees, swimming pool (52 m2, 15.05.-30.09.) with built-in steps. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1 km, grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 10 km. Golf course 10 km. Please note: car essential.
Interior -
5-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels: mezzanine, exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Upper floor: entrance hall. Living/dining room with TV and video, exit to the terrace. 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). 2 bath-rooms, shower, 3 sep. WC's. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
