House/Residence -
Nice house, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre, in a sunny position. Private: garden 2'500 m2, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, 14.06.-19.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the grounds. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 1 km. Please note: car essential. from 13 September 2008, a caretaker will live in a small apartment which is in the lower part of the house. Not overlooked. Separate entrance.
Interior -
4-room house 120 m2, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room 40 m2 with TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen 13 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine.
