House/Residence -
Spilia, 20 km from HANIA: Nice house, built in 2007, surrounded by trees. Above Spilia, 200 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. Private: garden 300 m2, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Terrace, garden furniture, parking in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant, bar 200 m, sandy beach 2 km. Please note: car essential. The complex is composed of 3 independent, 2-storey villas, each with private pool and private parking, surrounded by olive trees. They are built with natural stone, reflecting the typical local style, offering all comfort and a wonderful view over the sea. All three houses disponse of jacuzzi tubs.

"Villa Myrsini", 3-room villa 80 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room 40 m2 with 1 sofa bed, dining table, satellite-TV and air-conditioning, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with satellite-TV and air-conditioning, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and air-conditioning, exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Nice panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking.
