Old farmhouse, renovated, with lovely view on the hills of Chianti Classico. Surrounded by vineyards. In the property there is the stone house which consists of 2 parts and the owner's farmhouse.Rustic tuscan furniture. Automatic gate. Swimming-towels available for the clients (extra). Farmhouse "La Mirandola", renovated. 10 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 15 km from the centre of Siena, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds (fenced), large, nice, well-kept garden with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, 01.05.-02.10.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: breakfast room, central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Breakfast possible. Covered parking by the house. Shop 2 km, railway station "Castellina Scalo" 2 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
