Bene Vagienna, 14 km from Cherasco: Historical villa "Palazzo Marchesi di Novello", from the 18th th century, renovated. 10 km from the centre of Fossano, 30 km from the centre of Alba, 35 km from the centre of Cuneo, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: garden (fenced) lawn and plants, swimming pool (8 x 5 m, 01.06.-30.09.). Outside shower. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: whirlpool. Burglar alarm. Steep motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station "Fossano" 10 km, sandy beach 80 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 3 km, skisport facilities 60 km. Please note: car essential. Motorway 3 km from the property. The keyholder speaks English and French.
Interior -
6-room villa 300 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor, fully renovated, rustic and antique furnishings: entrance hall. Dining room. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: lounge. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 2 sofa beds, TV and DVD. Shower/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine. Original terracotta and parquet floors. The bedroom on the first floor has a whirlpool bath.
