Farm house Ensoli, approx 1600, has been recently renovated keeping the original features. It consists of 4 barns with 6 apartments in total. Each apartment has an outdoor private area with barbecue. Ideal for walking. Farmhouse "Ensoli". 5 km from the centre of Badia a Coltibuono, 5 km from the centre of Montegonzi, 15 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 500 m from the woods edge. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 08.05.-25.09.). Outside shower. Private: garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). On request. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house (4 km via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop 5 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 10 km. Please note: car essential. The photograph is a typical example.
Interior -
"Il Pozzo n°8", 2-room house 55 m2: living/dining room. Kitchenette (2 hotplates). On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Please note: only small pets accepted.
