Private: grounds 1'800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (60 m2, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning weekly. Supermarket 3.8 km, restaurant 3.6 km, bar 3.6 km, pebble beach 6.5 km. Golf course 5.2 km. Cleaning is done using ozone (no chlorine), ideal for sensitive skins.
