On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Altea, in the district Los Arcos, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: grounds (fenced), large garden with plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (8 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower. Patio (40 m2). Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Parking in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Altea" 2 km, sandy beach 6 km, pebble beach 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course 6 km. Nearby attractions: Benidorm 8 km, Alicante 42 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 10 km, Aqualandia Benidorm 8 km.

6-room house 190 m2 on 2 levels: open large living/dining room with wood burning stove. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, grill). Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 2 bath-rooms, shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed.
