Residencial Begur: Comfortable single-family house "Casa Pepe", 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre of Begur, in the district X, in a sunny position. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn 50 m2, plants and flowers, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, 01.04.-31.10.). Patio (15 m2), barbecue. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 700 m, bar 1 km, sandy beach 4.1 km, shingle beach 7.1 km.
Interior -
4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with open fireplace and electric heater. Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm), electric heater. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (135 cm), electric heater. Bath/bidet/WC, hip bath/WC. Porch 14 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Reserved parking (fenced).
