Cosy, comfortable house, 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. 3 km from the centre of Dénia, on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea, on a side street, north-east facing position. Private: large, well-kept garden 820 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower. Terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking by the house in the grounds. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, sandy beach 4 km. Please note: there is 1 telephone kiosk approx. 100 m from the house.
Interior -
3-room house 84 m2, on the upper floor, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV, CD-player, stereo unit and gas heating. Exit to the loggia. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), TV and gas heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), gas heating. Open kitchen (oven, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Balcony 15 m2. Terrace 15 m2, covered. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: TV only DE. Note : the sleeping rooms have mosquito net on the windows.
