I. Search
1. How do I find a suitable holiday home?
First choose the country you would like to visit and then the region. You can search within a particular resort or a whole region by selecting ”search by region”.
It is quicker to do a search by entering the property reference number and dates required in the boxes provided and press ”continue”. If the chosen property is available it will appear on the screen with the description and a picture.
2. How do I choose which holiday home to book?
This website allows you to view all of the houses and apartments that Dreamaway Holidays has for rent in Europe and Florida. A total of 30,000 holiday homes are available for you to book.
As the majority of clients make their own travel arrangements, prices are quoted per rental, exclusive of travel.
3. . How do I find the right holiday home to suit my needs and budget?
Dreamaway Holidays houses and apartments are graded according to strict criteria, ranging from 1 star (basic) to 5 stars (luxurious).
4. What are the advantages of staying in a holiday home, villa or apartment?
Compared to the average hotel room, a holiday home can offer much better value for your money.
On this website, there is a description of every holiday home, and the resort in which it is situated.
You are the master of your “home away from home.” You don’t need to get up early for breakfast, and you don’t have to leave your room to have the beds made. You can do things at your own pace, and at your leisure.
All of our holiday homes are self-contained, private properties, with cooking facilities. Many apartments and houses have an oven and microwave, in addition to the standard refrigerator and sink.
All of our holiday homes and apartments are individually furnished by their owner. We hope you will also appreciate their taste!
There are no dress codes to conform to in your own holiday home. The atmosphere is always casual and relaxed.

II. Reservation
1. Booking the holiday home of your choice happens in 4 steps.

III. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the invoice total is due within 7 days (Euro relais) or 10 days (Intrehome). The balance is due at least 42 days before the rental period begins. The quickest and easiest way to pay is by credit card – just complete the form with your card number and expiry date.
For bookings made 42 days or less before the rental period begins, the full balance is due immediately (Interhome) or 3 days after (Euro Relais).
A holiday voucher showing your holiday address will be sent to you, along with directions, upon receipt of the final balance due.

V. Insurances
Dreamaway Holidays suggest you ensure you have cancellation insurance.
A cancellation guarantee of 3% of the rental will be added to each invoice unless you advise it is not required (Interhome)
By our Partner Euro Relais , the cancellation guarantee is of 6,75% of the rental (damage insurance include).
It covers you against these charges should you be forced to cancel due to illness or death of any party members or close relatives.
You must submit a medical or death certificate to make a claim on this cancellation guarantee. Medical conditions or pregnancy known at the time of booking will not be covered.
By our Partner Euro Relais , the damage insurance is included in the rental price(1,35 % of the rental fee).
*To take out guarantee cancellation insurance you must be a resident of The Netherlands or Belgium (Euro Relais)
VI. Cancellation

If you cancel your booking, you will be liable for the following cancellation charge.
In the event of cancellation of a reservation confirmed by Interhome, the expenses of cancellation are established as follows:

The booking fee and cancellation guarantee (if taken) are non-refundable.

VII. Arrival/Deposit
You should arrive between 16.00 and 18.00 or 19.00 hours (that depends on the partner) on the day of commencement of your booking.
You must contact the keyholder if you are delayed. We cannot guarantee that keys will be available outside of the above times and you may have to find hotel accommodation and wait until the following day
You have to pay a breakage deposit on arrival of approximately £100-150 (more can be requested for large or luxurious properties). This has to be paid in cash or sometimes by credit card. Keys will not be handed over until the deposit has been paid. The deposit will be refunded on departure or shortly afterwards after deduction of any extra charges or breakages providing nothing is damaged or broken.
VIII. Departure
You should vacate before 10.00 hours on the day of departure (Interhome) or between 10.00 and 12.00 hours (before 20.00 hours for stays ending the Sunday) (Euro Relais).
